Seniors are "deeply excited" and gearing up to rejoin and engage in social events soon as they queue for the vaccine, delivered to them on-site . Many have been well protected by the policies put in place last year, but the vaccine will free them of a lot of worry and allow them to engage again with family and the community. And we breathe a collective sigh of relief.
While we were working at Brookdale Lakeshore Drive on January 10, we saw first-hand how excited the residents in the que were, when receiving their first inoculations. Then, Fox News featured Belmont Village the very same week.
We are excited to be essential workers serving these communities, doing our best to keep them safe as well as our own team members. We can report that we've not had a single case of COVID-19 on our team or our clients. It's an exciting time and we look forward to seeing many more inoculations in the coming weeks!
